Beautiful house just as described, the backyard is an absolute dream! Plenty of beds to fit large groups and the house has everything you can possibly think of. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to book this place in the future!!

In general I give it a 5 star all around. The only issue that it wasn’t elderly friendly. It was difficult for them to climb the stairs. But it’s not a bad thing just it wasn’t easy for them. Marianna the manager of the place was EXCELLENT. She responded very quickly to our messages and took care of everything we needed!!! This house has everything you need to have fun at the beach. Our family really enjoyed it. Only recommendation TV upgrades. But it’s a vacation no need to be watching TV. 😁 Thanks for everything! Will recommend this house to our friends. ✌🏾

Our family had a wonderful time in Jason’s home and the proximity to the beach was great! The swimming pool and backyard was an oasis with privacy being an added plus. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and everything you will need to cook delicious meals. We highly recommend this home

First time to use an Airbnb and it was a great experience. The home was perfect and the backyard pool area was amazing. The beach, restaurants, and a Dollar General were all within walking distance. The home was clean, climate was perfect, and the hosts were great! Highly recommend if you are looking for a home in South Padre.

Great place to would definitely stay here again my only gripe out of our stay was broken toilet seat other than that everything was great. I didn’t mention or complain about it but that I would mention it to ensure it’s fixed for the next guest other than that everything else was perfect we truly enjoyed our stay

Jason’s place was very beautiful. All the info listed was very helpful and the location was close to everything. Im glad I chose this place because it was a great house to relax at.

We got back late last night after a long drive but on the drive, everyone in our group raved about the house, the location and how beautiful and peaceful the backyard was. Communication was great and helpful. I definitely recommend renting the golf cart! I can't recommend this place enough and can't wait to visit again.

Such a great place, we loved being able to walk to the beach. The backyard is super private and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The host was very responsive to any questions we had.

I would like to start by thanking Jason. He opened their family home to my family. This year our family chose South Padre Island for our annual sibling vacation in remembrance of our mom. The entire experience from booking through our stay was amazing. Jason and his support team were transparent with information and provided valuable suggestions. We arrived and the ease of check in and entering the home was seamless. The home was exactly what the pictures and summary showed. The best part was it felt like we walked into a family members home. The location was close to the beach as well as many shopping and dining options. The entire stay was exactly what we were all hoping for!! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

This place was perfect for a week-long family getaway. Jason, Amanda, and Chris (the property manager) were all very hospitable and helpful throughout our stay. Any minor hiccups we had were quickly addressed and solved by the team. We had our privacy but knew assistance was a message away if needed. If we’re back in the area, we’ll definitely be in touch. It made for a very memorable family vacation with our grandma. Thank you all!
