Great location. Lovely beaches , the area had just enough amenities for a fun family vacation, with coffee shops, restaurants and souvenir stores in walking distance, to make the week enjoyable. My daughter her husband and their 8yr old spent the day at the water park, we spent an evening walking the sand dune beach collecting shells. We spent an evening at the small amusement park, ice cream, food trucks , go-carts, ferris wheel and mini golf.. perfect size for an hour or two. The island is not big, but there are plenty of options for fun, without over spending, or being too crowded. The house was comfortable for a family of 12, even though we had one set of adults in bunk beds it worked for us. The pool and hot tub area was beautiful, the outdoor space very private. The indoor space fit all of us hanging out together comfortably. I would recommend it.

First stay using airbnb and it was amazing! jasons home was a perfect spot for my family and me from the cozy atmosphere inside to the amazing backyard pool and bar that was the highlight of our stay add to that jason was a awesome host me and my family can see us coming back for a stay in the future!

Beautiful house just as described, the backyard is an absolute dream! Plenty of beds to fit large groups and the house has everything you can possibly think of. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to book this place in the future!!

In general I give it a 5 star all around. The only issue that it wasn’t elderly friendly. It was difficult for them to climb the stairs. But it’s not a bad thing just it wasn’t easy for them. Marianna the manager of the place was EXCELLENT. She responded very quickly to our messages and took care of everything we needed!!! This house has everything you need to have fun at the beach. Our family really enjoyed it. Only recommendation TV upgrades. But it’s a vacation no need to be watching TV. 😁 Thanks for everything! Will recommend this house to our friends. ✌🏾

Our family had a wonderful time in Jason’s home and the proximity to the beach was great! The swimming pool and backyard was an oasis with privacy being an added plus. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and everything you will need to cook delicious meals. We highly recommend this home

First time to use an Airbnb and it was a great experience. The home was perfect and the backyard pool area was amazing. The beach, restaurants, and a Dollar General were all within walking distance. The home was clean, climate was perfect, and the hosts were great! Highly recommend if you are looking for a home in South Padre.

Great place to would definitely stay here again my only gripe out of our stay was broken toilet seat other than that everything was great. I didn’t mention or complain about it but that I would mention it to ensure it’s fixed for the next guest other than that everything else was perfect we truly enjoyed our stay

Jason’s place was very beautiful. All the info listed was very helpful and the location was close to everything. Im glad I chose this place because it was a great house to relax at.

We got back late last night after a long drive but on the drive, everyone in our group raved about the house, the location and how beautiful and peaceful the backyard was. Communication was great and helpful. I definitely recommend renting the golf cart! I can't recommend this place enough and can't wait to visit again.

Such a great place, we loved being able to walk to the beach. The backyard is super private and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The host was very responsive to any questions we had.
